On paper, I had it all.I spent 25 years inside a Fortune 500 company, starting as a software developer and eventually becoming Managing Director. I led global teams across data, tech, and product, and helped drive one of the company’s biggest transformations: shifting to a SaaS model during the rise of generative AI. Our tools powered top financial institutions, and we moved fast to stay ahead.From the outside, it looked like I was thriving. But inside, I felt like a strategist trapped in a calendar.The meetings were endless. The inbox never let up. And the kind of leadership I believed in — the kind that creates clarity and momentum— kept getting pushed aside.Still, I stayed. The paycheck felt safer than the unknown, and I wasn’t sure who I’d be without the title. I told myself to be grateful. To keep making the best of it. And most days, I did. Until the day I was let go.The timing couldn’t have been worse. My husband had just left his job to start his own business, and I was supposed to be the stable one. For a moment, I panicked. I’d built my life around that role—and suddenly, it was gone.What followed surprised me. The weight I hadn’t even realized I was carrying began to lift. My nervous system calmed. For the first time in years, I could breathe. I had space to think and to ask better questions about what I actually wanted next.My faith grounded me. It reminded me that this wasn’t a failure. It was an opening. A chance to lead from a deeper place, one that didn’t rely on performance or pressure to prove my worth.I saw this as an opportunity to start fresh.Over the years, friends and colleagues had often come to me for help — navigating job changes, making big decisions, handling tough conversations. These weren’t surface-level chats. They were moments of clarity. And I started noticing a pattern.Even the most capable leaders felt stuck when they hit complexity. They knew they were meant for more, but couldn’t see a clean way forward.So, I decided to bet on myself.Not just to become a coach, but to build something that reflects who I really am: a strategist, a listener, a pattern-spotter, and a leader who knows how to navigate both complexity and people. I didn't want to simply "help people find purpose." I wanted to help high-performing leaders make powerful decisions, claim their authority, and lead well in the messy middle —where the rules are unclear and the pressure is high.Now, I coach mid-career managers and rising executives who are expected to scale, influence, and deliver — often without a clear playbook.
