On paper, I had it all.I spent 25 years in a Fortune 500 company, moving from software developer to Managing Director. I led global teams across data, tech, and product, and drove one of the company’s biggest transformations. From the outside, it looked like I was thriving. Inside, I felt like a strategist trapped in a calendar.When I was let go, the timing was terrible — my husband had just left his job to start his business. But what felt like loss quickly became clarity. The weight I’d been carrying lifted. My faith reminded me this wasn’t failure, but an opening to lead differently.Friends and colleagues had long sought me out during big decisions and tough transitions. I realized even the most capable leaders feel stuck in complexity, unsure how to move forward cleanly. That’s when I decided to bet on myself and build something new.Now, I coach senior managers and executives to cut through noise, claim their authority, and lead well in the messy middle — where the rules are unclear and the pressure is high. I draw on decades of leadership experience, human-centered practices, and AI as a thought partner to bring clarity, presence, and courage to leaders who need it most.In addition to coaching, I also partner with select organizations in fractional leadership roles — helping them build leadership capacity, align strategy, and stabilize operations during times of growth and change.
